We are a team of 15+ professionals and share an open-plan office in Maroochydore with plenty of perks besides great teamwork and clients - ocean views, sparkling water on tap, a vibrant workspace with natural light, breezy balcony, a cafe, and more in our CBD building (all the cliches a good agency should have).

Applicants should be comfortable and confident answering the phone, meeting with clients, unpacking the dishwasher, and receiving constructive feedback. Not even the Director gets out of unpacking the dishwasher.

Client Success

April Ford is currently recruiting for a full-time Client Success person to join its team of 15+. If you consider yourself a helpful, organised, and process-driven person with a passion for helping people, this role might be the right fit for you.

Not sure who we are? April Ford is a progressive digital marketing agency based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Our high-performing team delivers a wide variety of marketing and advertising projects and this role is the conduit between our sales team and our production team.

This role is designed to ensure our clients have a smooth onboarding experience, and that our team is set up for success within our proven operating system. We are a process-driven agency and require a person with excellent organisational and time management skills who embraces this ethos as well.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Central inbox and phone management
- Technical client onboarding
- Delegation of work throughout the team
- Deadline management for production
- Internal process management and updates
- Weekly and monthly reporting relevant to production

You will have experience in:
- Marketing or advertising, either agency or client-side
- Customer service
- Achieving deadlines
- Organising yourself and others
- Confidently answering the phone
- Helping others and working in a team
- Using project management software (Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Problem-solving

Due to the independent nature of this role, we require someone with 3+ years of marketing management or agency experience is required. The ideal candidate will hold a University Degree, a driver's license and their own car. This role is only being offered on full-time, work-from-the-office terms. Digital Marketing Manager

April Ford is currently recruiting a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team of 15+. Our Digital Marketing Manager role has a strong focus on execution, with client-specific tone-of-voice copywriting and client management. If you love words, being creative, working with a team, and presenting to clients this role might be the right one for you.

Not sure who we are? April Ford is a progressive digital marketing agency based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Our high-performing team delivers a wide variety of marketing and advertising projects, with this role managing all copywriting and marketing management for a portfolio of clients.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Copywriting for social media content, blogs and SEO, creative campaigns, websites and email marketing
- Creating and scheduling social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms as required
- Briefing and collaborating with the design team for all social media artwork
- Providing strategy recommendations for marketing activities
- Creating, scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns and automations
- Proofreading and editing all copy to ensure spelling, grammar, and tone of voice are accurate
- Filming and editing social media videos including Instagram reels and TikTok videos
- Client management, including presenting, meeting with, and site visits

You will have experience in:
- Marketing or advertising, either agency or client-side
- Social media management
- Email marketing management
- Copywriting for different digital mediums
- Proofreading and editing
- Customer service
- Achieving deadlines

This role makes sure all services are executed with the best possible customer experience in mind.
