Reporting
Results tell you what happened. Insights tell you why, and what we are doing about it. We built our own reporting system to put insights first. No other agency has it. Every report is written for your business, with your conversion metrics in mind.

Your best month of the year for bookings through ads.
Meta return on ad spend, this month
8.4x
Platform-reported. Reconciled against GA4 on the next page.
About 1,800 more bookings were within reach this month, held back by two products showing out of stock. We have flagged both with your team.
Best post: the behind-the-scenes packing video. We are turning it into an ad for October.

| Meta | $96K | $714K | 7.4x | 32% |
| Google Shopping | $58K | $402K | 6.9x | 18% |
| Programmatic | $44K | $156K | 3.5x | 7% |
| TikTok | $18K | $90K | 5.0x | 4% |
| Management fees | $56K |
Illustrative figures. Platform-reported revenue, reconciled against GA4 in the appendix.
New customers up 44%. Average order flat. Repeat purchase rate up two points after the email programme restarted.
What held it backMobile page speed capped conversion rate at 2.1% until the fix in Q3, when it moved to 3.4%.
Programmatic closed few sales on its own and that is expected. Its job was to put the brand in front of new people and keep it there. Search and Meta then converted them.
| Competitor | Impression share | Change on last year | Outranking you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your Brand | 41% | +3 pts | |
| Competitor A | 36% | +9 pts | 48% of the time |
| Competitor B | 22% | +1 pt | 21% of the time |
| Competitor C | 14% | -4 pts | 9% of the time |
Competitor A doubled its search budget in the second half. We recommend defending the twelve highest-value terms before they take position.
| Risk | Likelihood | What we would do |
|---|---|---|
| Two products carry 60% of revenue | High | Widen the catalogue in creative and feed; test three new hero lines by Q2 |
| Competitor A keeps raising search spend | High | Defend the twelve core terms; move brand budget to generic where return holds |
| Stock gaps in peak season | Medium | Stock alerts wired to pause ads on sold-out lines |
| Platform tracking changes | Medium | Server-side tracking in place; GA4 reconciliation every month |
Appendix: full channel detail, GA4 reconciliation and methodology follow in the complete report. Illustrative figures.

What we do
One brief, one team, one roof. This month's insight becomes next month's actions. Nobody works from home, so collaboration is constant, accountability is the focus, and results are discussed openly with insights and ideas shared every day. Each service below is run by a specialist on our team. We recommend only what the plan needs.
“Most agencies buy media for creative someone else made, against a strategy the budget can't deliver. We don't work that way. Strategy, creative and media sit in one room here, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off and we move faster. That's the whole point.”

Not a line item. It comes with every engagement.
Made in-house, briefed from the strategy.
Senior buyers, run against the plan.
For Melbourne brands
Melbourne audiences are quick to spot an ad that doesn't fit. The city has a strong food, fashion, arts and sporting culture, and the creative that cuts through here tends to be sharper and more self-aware than a generic national campaign. We write and design for that, then test it properly so you know which ideas earn their spend.
Victoria's economy is broad. Health, aged care, education, manufacturing and a large ecommerce scene sit alongside hospitality and retail, and many national brands have their head office here. A lot of Melbourne marketing is planned for buyers well beyond the city, so we build campaigns that work locally and nationally at the same time.
The city is also growing outward fast. New suburbs in the west and north bring young families looking for childcare, healthcare, schools and homes, often searching on their phones in the evening. Campaigns for those corridors need different messages from those for the inner suburbs.
Your account is run by our Queensland team, with meetings online. We plan, make and buy the work ourselves, connect it to tracking you can trust, and report in plain English on the leads and sales each channel brings in.
